About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
- Source candidates using creative methods and build talent networks
- Manage candidate experience from initial screen to final interview
- Coach hiring managers through interview processes and offer strategies
- Craft offers and negotiate to close candidates
- Build talent pipelines and maintain clean recruiting data
Requirements
- Experience navigating the world of recruiting and filling roles at various levels
- Passion for connecting people with opportunities
- Strong communication skills and authenticity
- Experience with ATS (like Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new tools
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or the United States (application asks)
