Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive e-commerce growth.
Managing campaign development from start to finish; keyword/targeting research, ad copy & extensions, bid strategy, creative, budget, etc.
Daily campaign management - Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and goals, including but not limited to search terms reports, keyword analysis, negative keyword lists, quality score audits, creative performance, audience or demographic insights, etc.
Analyze and interpret data across multiple sources, including but not limited to Google Ads, Northbeam, Shopify, Converge, GA4, etc.
Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to help share insights to the rest of the team.
Maintain accurate budget pacing in accordance with your CAC targets.
Execute ongoing A/B tests on ad copy, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, search platform changes, and competitive activity in wellness and e-commerce.
Requirements
1-3+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
A track record of achievement and a self-starter mentality.
