• Provide essential internal support, ensuring that all incoming customer data is reviewed for accuracy and completeness, corrected where necessary, and accurately imported.

• Plan and execute post-acquisition integrations of software companies across key functions such as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Support Services, and Research & Development.
• Analyze existing business processes using operational and financial data and develop actionable optimization proposals.

Strategic Business Partner

Payroll

• HR Administration: Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leavers, and absence management. Draft and issue employment contracts and amendments, maintain HRIS records, and administer company benefits and pension schemes.
• Payroll: Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll across portfolio companies, liaising with finance teams and/or external payroll vendors. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• HR Operations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries. Assist with policy updates and ensure compliance with local labour law requirements.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate and up to date employee records. Produce employment letters and templates. Ensure documentation is audit ready and compliant with legal and internal requirements.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain high data accuracy within HR systems. Provide employee data and reports to support dashboards, analytics and decision making.
• HRBP & CoE Support: Assist with onboarding packs, disciplinary documentation, exit surveys, and operational HR tasks. Provide support to CoE teams on program rollouts.

HR & Payroll Coordinator

Analyst

• Identify and connect with software businesses across diverse sectors.
• Build a wide professional network with investment bankers, advisors, lawyers, accountants and other industry veterans to support building of a strong pipeline of target companies
• Collect and analyse data from various sources to effectively assess potential targets
• Build strong relationships with CEOs, founders and management teams to facilitate a personal connection from the start to finish of a deal cycle
• Represent Everfield in meetings with CEOs and at trade shows/conferences, with frequent travel
