About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the successful deployment of the solution at the customer’s site
Coordinate the entire implementation — from hardware installation, configuration and testing to commissioning
Analyze customer requirements and implement them in the system
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project
Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–5 years of professional experience in project management, implementation, or customer onboarding
Strong technical understanding
Ability to organize complex processes
German and English skills — written and spoken
Experience with IoT solutions, hardware rollouts, or parking/mobility topics (plus)
