About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth within the closed loop issuing ecosystem—including prepaid, gift, loyalty, and stored-value solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net-new programs, co-branded partnerships, and migrations of existing issuing programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, payment partners, processors, and industry networks.
  • Represent epay at industry conferences and events to elevate brand visibility and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as product owner for the epay Conductor platform, defining the roadmap for closed loop issuing capabilities and features.
  • Gather customer and sales feedback, translating it into detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance to ensure alignment between business goals and product functionality.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful rollouts of new features and enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams during RFPs, client reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Marketing to create go-to-market materials, positioning Conductor as a premier closed loop issuing platform.
  • Support regional and global teams in understanding and adopting Conductor’s capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years business development, product management, or account leadership within closed loop issuing ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of electronic payments, card program management, and prepaid gift/loyalty card systems.
  • Proven track record in strategy execution and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills, and independent worker with team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
