Run the operating rhythm with Engineering scrum teams: backlog prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria, trade-offs.
• Champion developer experience. Treat developers and AI agents as first-class customers. Own documentation, SDKs, the developer sandbox, authentication and onboarding. Drive measurable adoption — time-to-first-successful-call, active integrations, query volume and retention.
• Govern the data access layer. APIs and MCP servers are a critical control point for how Euromonitor data leaves the building. Partner with Information Security on authentication (OAuth 2.1, SAML/OIDC), rate limiting, entitlement enforcement and audit logging. Zero critical data-exposure incidents is the target.
• Shape the commercial model. Work with Commercial, Finance and Legal to define how API and MCP access is packaged and monetised. Build the usage-analytics infrastructure and deliver a quarterly ecosystem scorecard to the executive team.
