Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product and define the vision and roadmap for Euromonitor's API and MCP ecosystem
Champion developer experience, treating developers and AI agents as first-class customers
Govern the data access layer with a focus on security and auditing
Shape the commercial model for API and MCP access

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience owning the roadmap and backlog for API, data or platform products
Strong working understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication standards (OAuth 2.1, SAML/OIDC), webhooks, SDKs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol and the broader agentic landscape
Comfort working with large, structured datasets and an appreciation for data quality, lineage and entitlement
Experience shaping the packaging, pricing and monetisation of platform or data-access capabilities
A track record of partnering with security and engineering on access control, rate limiting and audit
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience operating as a product owner within agile/scrum teams
