About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hands on software engineering in C# (.net 10) and python (3.13+)
- Contribute to Software design for experimental projects (R&D)
- Push for continuous improvement of the code base
- Ensure a high level of code quality
- Collaborate with software and AI engineers
- Build, test, and iterate prototypes
- Experiment with LLM-based solutions
- Support data preparation, model fine-tuning, and evaluation processes
- Contribute to transforming validated prototypes into scalable systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Atleast 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Some working experience with C#
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience designing and building scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Understanding of Azure Pipelines and CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in AI/ML technologies
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries is a plus
