About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential Japanese multinational company accounts, focusing on proactive engagement to negotiate and validate sales data to enhance data quality and improve data usability for clients.
  • Use existing Passport data and content to deliver actionable insights to clients within consumer goods and services space, across Japan.
  • Participate in and lead client engagements, meetings, webinars, and workshops, providing guidance on how to best use Euromonitor's data for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (research data team, consulting, sales) to align client needs with available data and solutions to drive commercial agendas.
  • Represent Euromonitor at client briefings and industry-facing events as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Right to work in Tokyo.
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research, consulting, or client-facing data insights roles.
  • Preferred relevant work experience in Retail, Fashion, and Eyewear industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data and trends in a client-friendly manner.
  • A collaborative and commercially aware mindset; confident engaging with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
