About the role
- Be the go-to point of contact for employees on all HR and policy matters, handling inquiries with discretion and care.
- Design, implement, and maintain all HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition within employee onboarding.
- Own benefits administration, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data including building dashboards and metrics that inform decision-making.
- Keep the company compliant by staying ahead of labor law changes and HR best practices across multiple states.
- Proactively identify process gaps, build solutions, and standardize ways of working.
- Drive performance management, engagement, compensation, and manager support initiatives alongside the Head of People.
- Support company culture initiatives and events alongside the Executive Assistant and Strategic Operations team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in People Operations.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of building scalable people processes and policies.
- Strong analytical skills, you can set, track, and present HR metrics that drive action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
