About the role
- Serve as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for People Business Partners and senior leaders
- Translate complex business problems into focused analytical projects
- Partner with functional leaders to develop, implement, and drive role-based KPIs and metrics
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Product function
- Act as the bridge between the Product function and the central People Analytics team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, management consulting, or a related analytical field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of connecting people data to organizational strategy
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, R, and/or Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong grasp of advanced statistical methods
