About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into people and organization outcomes
- Build organizational strength through proactive workforce planning and talent development
- Use people data and insights to guide decisions and measure what matters
- Coach leaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive change
- Ensure our ways of working align with our values and business goals
- Establish a global Change Management Task Force
- Build the culture and leadership muscle that shapes decisions and collaboration
Requirements
- Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries
- Foundational understanding of employment laws
- Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong storytelling, negotiation and communication skills
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation and prioritization skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English in a professional setting
- Additional language skills are an advantage
