Requirements

  • Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries
  • Foundational understanding of employment laws
  • Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong storytelling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Coaching and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation and prioritization skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in a professional setting
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
