Requirements
- Experience in global HR roles, partnering multiple countries
- Foundational understanding of employment laws
- Knowledge of organizational psychology is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong storytelling, negotiation and communication skills
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated organization, planning, delegation and prioritization skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English in a professional setting
- Additional language skills are an advantage
