About the role

  • Acting as the client’s representative, ensuring their interests are protected under various procurement and contracting strategies.
  • Working closely with clients and internal teams to establish project objectives, develop execution strategies, and ensure successful project completion within budget and on schedule.
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Developing project reports/documentation.
  • Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery.
  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of the project in compliance with the firm’s business and management procedures.
  • Developing project scope requirements and implementing appropriate project execution strategies.
  • Ensuring successful completion of projects within the budgeted cost and taking appropriate measures via Value Management/Value Engineering.
  • Establishing project resource requirements and leading/motivating the project team.
  • Ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Managing development of project plans with a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Providing performance updates/reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
  • Document management via CDE Platform.
  • Liaising with senior management regarding regular project performance status.
  • Cooperating and communicating effectively with all project participants to provide assistance and support.
  • Demonstrating leadership, team skills, self-confidence, and effective decision-making throughout a project.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets.
  • Skilled in using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Experience in document management via CDE platforms.
  • Capable of producing detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
