About the role
- Acting as the client’s representative, ensuring their interests are protected under various procurement and contracting strategies.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to establish project objectives, develop execution strategies, and ensure successful project completion within budget and on schedule.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients.
- Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved.
- Developing project reports/documentation.
- Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery.
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of the project in compliance with the firm’s business and management procedures.
- Developing project scope requirements and implementing appropriate project execution strategies.
- Ensuring successful completion of projects within the budgeted cost and taking appropriate measures via Value Management/Value Engineering.
- Establishing project resource requirements and leading/motivating the project team.
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Managing development of project plans with a focus on achieving project goals.
- Providing performance updates/reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
- Document management via CDE Platform.
- Liaising with senior management regarding regular project performance status.
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with all project participants to provide assistance and support.
- Demonstrating leadership, team skills, self-confidence, and effective decision-making throughout a project.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communicator, able to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets.
- Skilled in using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Experience in document management via CDE platforms.
- Capable of producing detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
