About the role
- Assist Project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
- Own localization project management activities on designated accounts.
- Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects appropriately in terms of quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate the delivery of client projects.
- Create schedules and monitor timeliness of delivery.
- Assist with management of the budget and controlling project costs.
- Establish and nurture relationships surrounding assigned team.
- Plan project activities and ensure resolution to any problems (corrective and preventive action).
- Actively seek ways to optimize delivery, quality and profitability.
- Report in written and verbal form to internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress and status.
- Ensure finance systems are kept up to date and accurate.
- Process documentation and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in related filed.
- Previous experience in the localization industry is preferred
- Keen interest in localization technology, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
- Energy and a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment
