About the role
- Provide structured analysis of customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of IT services and projects.
- Analyze functional, technical, and business requirements and prepare supporting documentation.
- Contribute to design and implementation of new services and solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management across IT teams, project managers, product managers, and external customers.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Support solution design, build, and implementation in IT projects and deployments.
- Prepare documentation including business/system requirements and business cases.
- Work closely with IT Services, project management, and external customers to align expectations.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate delivery.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with architecture, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Business Analyst / Consultant in IT environments.
- Strong background in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Understanding of IT processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in multinational and complex environments.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
