About the role
- Join project replacing existing software solution for managing insurance of lease cars
- Communicate with business users to gather and clarify requirements
- Document business and functional requirements and share with software vendor
- Support testing activities and validate solutions against requirements
- Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth cooperation
- Proactively guide users, propose improvements, and help shape the solution within the project scope
- Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth transition and implementation of the new solution
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT/Business Analysis
- Ability to gather, document, and clarify requirements clearly and efficiently
- Open-minded, proactive, and creative approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
- Languages: English, Czech
- Nice to have: Knowledge of insurance or finance domain
