About the role
- Intent to Team (ITT) Agreements: Draft and negotiate Intent to Team agreements for GWAC pursuits
- Teaming Arrangements: Structure complex teaming agreements for various contract types
- Prime/Subcontractor Agreements: Draft comprehensive subcontractor agreements with flow-downs
- GWAC Proposal Support: Provide contractual expertise for OASIS+, Seaport NxG, and other GWACs
- RFP Analysis & Compliance: Conduct thorough RFP reviews and develop compliance matrices
- Service Contract Act Compliance: Ensure compliance with SCA and Davis-Bacon requirements
- NDAs and PIAs: Fast-track confidentiality agreements for teaming discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of federal contracts management experience
- GWAC Experience: Must have experience with at least 2 major GWACs
- Current knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and recent updates
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience with multiple contract types: T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ
- Proven track record with Intent to Team agreements
- Experience managing contracts valued at 0M+
- Experience with both prime and subcontractor perspectives
