About the role

  • Develop and nurture strong, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at Google, including Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and sales teams, to drive partnership success.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy with Google Cloud to drive sourced and influenced revenue through co-sell and co-marketing activities.
  • Lead the sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management for external vendors, including event organizers and marketing agencies, to enhance our market presence.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to our in-house operations specialist, together driving the effectiveness of our Sales and PS teams. You will share responsibility for the health of our Salesforce (SFDC) instance, focusing on creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide critical insights into partnership performance and sales KPIs.
  • Act as a key customer-facing representative in joint selling motions, confidently articulating the CWX story to partners and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with CWX's technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment, enable our sellers, and guarantee partnership success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within a B2B SaaS or cloud technology company.
  • Experience and familiarity managing a strategic alliance with Google Cloud. Must possess an expert-level understanding of the GCP ecosystem, including how to leverage their partner program to orchestrate successful co-sell engagements with their field sales organization.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, dashboard creation, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, partners, and customers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a drive to 'Find a Way' through complex challenges.
  • Ability to serve as a key point of contact for customer interactions involving the Google Cloud partnership, flexing into a direct selling role when needed.
