Technical Project Manager

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of complex cloud migrations and GenAI implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and above margin targets.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, translating technical roadmaps into business value and managing expectations through rigorous governance, ensuring great customer satisfaction.
• Financial & Resource Oversight: Manage project P&L, including budget tracking, resource utilization, and the 'headcount signal' to leadership for proactive hiring.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify 'scope creep' and technical bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies before they affect the delivery timeline.
• Sales & Growth Support: Partner with sales and partnership channels to identify 'land and expand' opportunities within existing accounts; assist in expanding business through Change Orders and SOWs for follow-on work.
• Process Excellence: Contribute to the Cloudwerx by refining our internal PMO frameworks to ensure a repeatable, world-class client experience.
