• Source qualified candidates using your own tools and networks including LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search, referrals, and direct outreach

Contract Talent Sourcer – Independent Contractor

Human Resources

• The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
• They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• With guidance and mentorship from an HRBP Manager, assist companies with all its HR needs while they focus on growing their business. Responsibilities can range from full-cycle HR to project based.
• Accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the client’s overall business strategy; develop, and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures that enhance the client’s company growth.
• Ensure clients have a strong HR infrastructure and ensure compliance. Provide recommendations and assist in creation of company policies to ensure consistency, compliance and efficiency (creating and writing employee handbooks, travel & entertainment policies…etc.), FSLA classifications and audit, support required employee training.
• Ensure clients are due diligence ready by providing best practices when services are started.
• Lead and/or partner with our People Support team to implement and administer all major PeopleOps related software systems including but not limited to HRIS, payroll, 401(k), benefits administration and performance evaluation.
• Research, recommend, implement and perform benefits administration and management, including enrollments, terminations, claims resolution and invoice auditing. Assist in putting together a strategic benefits package (plan evaluations and selection, open enrollment planning, 401(k), LOA, COBRA, etc.).
• Recommend new hire orientation and termination processes and partner with the PeopleOps HR Support team to ensure completion.
• Partner with Payroll team and oversee the implementation and/or process payroll processing for multiple clients in a timely manner and assist employees with questions.
• Partner with clients to draft parental leave policies and customize and deliver each employee LOA packet, support employee questions, and ensure leave is compliant based on local, state, and federal laws.
• Recommend, implement, and support clients with feedback processes, and support employee relations questions, demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Assess needs and provide recommendation to design, customize, and implement performance management selection and processes, ensuring all employees receive timely and actionable feedback for applicable clients.
• Assess, recommend, and develop programs designed to enhance employee morale and productivity, and recognize employees for their contributions to the company’s success. Assist with preventing and resolving concerns. Collaborate with managers to resolve issues and assist to prepare corrective action.

Human Resources Business Partner – HR Generalist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own all FP&A functions including bottoms-up annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, cash flow modeling, and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the CEO — translating financial data into strategic decisions on growth, profitability, and capital allocation.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, board decks, and investor updates to the executive team and investor group.
• Manage ABL relationship and bank compliance reporting including covenant tracking and lender communications.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, channel expansion, wholesale initiatives, and strategic investments.
• Develop KPI frameworks and financial dashboards to give the executive team real-time visibility into business performance across DTC and wholesale channels.
• Manage data integrity of financial reporting systems including SaaS tools and internally maintained databases.
• Partner with the external accounting team on month-end close review, audit preparation, and tax compliance — overseeing rather than executing the accounting function.
• Build financial processes, reporting infrastructure, and standard operating procedures to support a scaling organization.

• Generate and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Develop relationships with service coordinators, case managers, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations

Community Outreach Manager

• Build targeted sourcing lists for RPO and Retained Search engagements using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and network mapping
• Identify and source qualified talent for US-based roles across Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR functions, ranging from individual contributor to Director-level positions.
• Research target companies and prospective candidates’ career history to identify potential job-fits and support outreach efforts for active recruiting engagements.
• Develop, tailor, and execute personalized outreach messages to potential prospects on LinkedIn and via email, leveraging approved templates to maximize candidate engagement and response rates.
• Manage candidate communication; provide timely responses, clear next-step coordination, as well as disposition emails, maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor throughout.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations with interested candidates to assess general alignment before screening
• Conduct 20 to 30-minute structured phone or video screens with US-based candidates on RPO with Phone Screens and Retained Search engagements
• Maintain records of complete standardized documentation for every screened candidate, following established procedures and evaluation criteria.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the relevant ATS including outreach activity, screening outcomes, interview progression, and disposition reasons on every candidate contacted
• Provide a weekly sourcing update to the Practice Leader covering pipeline status, active prospects, screens completed, and any blockers
• Coordinate with the Sourcing and Operations Manager on candidate handoffs, ownership of follow-up, and distinction between inbound applicant and outbound prospects.
