About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive role briefs from the Practice Leader including job description, candidate profile, compensation range, and search parameters
Source qualified candidates using your own tools and networks including LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct light phone or video screens on candidates before submission when requested
Submit candidates directly to the Practice Leader with resume and structured screening notes
Communicate candidate availability, compensation expectations, and interest level in every submission
Follow up on submitted candidates as directed by the Practice Leader
Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, boolean search, or equivalent tools
Experience conducting candidate screens and documenting results
Strong written communication skills — screening notes must be clear and structured
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize independently
US market recruiting experience required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Prior experience in an agency, RPO, or multi-client recruiting environment
Experience sourcing across multiple functions including technology, finance, operations, sales, and HR
Familiarity with ATS platforms for candidate tracking
LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent passive sourcing tool access
