About the role
- Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers
- Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions
- Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives
- Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers
- Utilize product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to customers
- Increase Resideo/ADI presence and market share in designated accounts and territories
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization
- Identify opportunities, manage and plan accounts, negotiate and close deals, and manage momentum through the sales cycle
- Establish rapport with customers and maintain territory performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Live within the sales territory of Illinois or Michigan
- This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
