About the role
- Provide people management leadership: hiring, setting goals, developing staff, managing performance and compensation
- Oversee and lead a highly complex and diverse liquidity function
- Develop methodologies for stress testing and liquidity strategies to optimize TD US’s liquidity profile
- Establish cashflow forecasting, contingency planning, early warning indicators, Intraday risks and limits
- Coordinate Bank's representation to 2nd LoD auditors and regulators
- Act as subject matter expert and participate on internal/external committees
- Work with business leaders to develop business plan and execute strategic activities
- Maintain risk management culture and compliance with Bank Code of Conduct
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in liquidity risk management, cashflow forecasting, contingency planning, stress testing methodologies
- Leadership and people management experience
- Ability to coordinate with auditors and regulators
- Subject matter expertise in Liquidity Risk Management
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills
