About the role
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders at key enterprise accounts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning Resideo’s solutions with customers’ business objectives and long-term priorities.
- Drive enterprise account planning focused on long-term growth, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
- Create and execute customer-specific growth strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and market share.
- Proactively identify and develop enterprise-level opportunities across multiple business lines and geographies.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution.
- Own forecast accuracy for assigned accounts; track pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue projections.
- Balance revenue growth with profitability goals and ensure deals meet financial performance expectations.
- Lead enterprise contract negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions; ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to executive-level audiences and influence key decision-makers.
- Maintain industry and market expertise; leverage market intelligence to anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise account management, complex B2B sales, or solution selling.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L awareness with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Extensive experience negotiating high-value enterprise contracts, including multi-year agreements
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting tools, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and strategic negotiation skills.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
