Document current-state functionality across multiple global e-commerce websites
Gather, analyze, and write detailed functional requirements for new website features and enhancements
Write and maintain test scripts to support QA and UAT processes
Partner cross-functionally with developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives
Conduct gap analyses and propose process or system improvements
Follow up diligently on open issues and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles
Support the digital roadmap by contributing thoughtful insights based on user experience, industry best practices, and internal business goals
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong e-commerce focus
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
Excellent communication, follow-up, and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical team members
Working knowledge of how APIs function and how they integrate systems within the eCommerce ecosystem
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear use cases or user stories
Experience using Jira & Confluence
Prior involvement in QA/test script development and execution
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative—willing to ask questions, explore unknowns, and dig into the details
(Preferred) Experience working in a B2B e-commerce environment
(Preferred) Familiarity with managing multiple websites across international markets
(Preferred) Familiarity with Coveo, Epicor Prophet 21, Snowflake and Optimizely B2B Commerce
