About the role

  • Provide every customer with world-class customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls & emails
  • Assist customers with project registrations, special pricing, placement of orders & quotes
  • Exhibit understanding of DataCom or Structured cabling and network infrastructure products
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
  • Accurately input customer & supplier data, leave detailed notes, and follow up as needed
  • Utilize internal & external resources and multi-task through them as needed
  • Quickly learn new technologies and maintain a keen eye for detail
  • Meet expectations in monthly KPIs identified by DataCom leadership
  • Meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by organization
  • Report to the Datacom Inside Sales Supervisor and collaborate with Datacom Inside Sales team

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1+ Year Customer Service
  • Must be able to work full-time hours between 8am-8pm E
  • This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • Epicor Prophet 21 Experience
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Bilingual abilities is a plus
  • Understanding of DataCom or Structured cabling and network infrastructure products
