About the role
- Process medical record requests and take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
- Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Operate in a high-volume call center production environment
- Participate in comprehensive onsite/virtual training and job shadowing with an assigned mentor
- Use Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) to complete documentation and tasks
- Work full-time Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm EST
Requirements
- Remote role (Call Center)
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm EST
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment
- Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status
- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
- Post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations (flu, Tdap, COVID-19) may be required
