About the role
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels
- Use problem-solving skills to support customers, resolve queries and create a positive experience
- Ensure all customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements to protect customers
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and be knowledgeable of client processes and products
- Work to achievable targets and collaborate with internal teams as required
- Complete mandatory training and participate in the Grad Bay in-office period
Requirements
- At least 1 years previous experience in the Banking and Financial Service Industry
- Right to Work in the UK
- Criminal Record Check
- Credit Check
- Any other associated checks
- No time off/holiday requests allowed within the first 6 weeks of start date
- Full flexibility required to work any shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday-Sunday
- Attend mandatory training and 6-week in-office Grad Bay period
- Professional, polite and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to deliver excellent service with outgoing nature
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding
- Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Driven to work towards achievable targets
- Must meet specific language proficiency scores for the campaign
