About the role

  • Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels
  • Use problem-solving skills to support customers, resolve queries and create a positive experience
  • Ensure all customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements to protect customers
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and be knowledgeable of client processes and products
  • Work to achievable targets and collaborate with internal teams as required
  • Complete mandatory training and participate in the Grad Bay in-office period

Requirements

  • At least 1 years previous experience in the Banking and Financial Service Industry
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Credit Check
  • Any other associated checks
  • No time off/holiday requests allowed within the first 6 weeks of start date
  • Full flexibility required to work any shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday-Sunday
  • Attend mandatory training and 6-week in-office Grad Bay period
  • Professional, polite and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to deliver excellent service with outgoing nature
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good listener who can convey empathy, patience and understanding
  • Confident and proactive to deal with difficult situations and conversations
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Driven to work towards achievable targets
  • Must meet specific language proficiency scores for the campaign
