About the role
- Support staffing process for the direct labour and indirect labour population
- Provide administrative support, prepare for audits, manage documentation for employees
- Own HR policies and processes
- Manage and maintain the employee database
- Drive organisational effectiveness
- Help to increase employee satisfaction, supporting leadership with key actions
- Act as a coach and confidant
- Lead training and development, organise events with external partners and support internal training programmes
- Organise and participate in site events to build community
- Support the business with GDPR refreshers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR related position
- Proactive nature and desire to identify ways to add value
- Fluent in Hungarian and strong English language skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Sociable, people focused approach
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Labour Code experience (valued)
- Excellent communication & analytical skills (valued)
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision (valued)
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly (valued)
