About the role
- Develop and manage automated marketing programs (email, SMS, in-app, etc.) across the entire customer journey.
- Create lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
- Deploy lead scoring and multi-touch attribution techniques.
- Own marketing funnel strategies that drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
- Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and analyze results to optimize performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs like open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, sales, product, and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with developers and IT to ensure proper technical implementation and data flows.
- Maintain list hygiene and manage segmentation strategies to improve engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM-focused roles
- Technical proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
- Comprehensive grasp of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and email rendering best practices
