About the role
- Owns the Northeast territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding quota for the assigned territory
- Applies expert knowledge of Epicor products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition
- Prospects in the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of 3X the annual quota
- Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects in the assigned territory
- Acts as an effective sales team leader with the ability to work cross-functionally within and outside of the sales organization
- Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
- Traveling to meet with prospects in person up to 50%
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success selling ERP software into large Enterprise Manufacturing accounts
- Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
- Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects
- 12+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success with Manufacturing knowledge
- 6+ years of specialized ERP industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
