About the role

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points and communicate how ePayPolicy's solutions address those needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in CRM and prospecting cadence platforms
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales and marketing to develop and implement campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Continually refine and improve BDR processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Schedule meetings and qualify prospects for the enterprise sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly, be flexible, and work productively with a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Desire to exceed goals and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX within 2-4 weeks if offered the position (hybrid role)
