About the role
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points and communicate how ePayPolicy's solutions address those needs
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in CRM and prospecting cadence platforms
- Collaborate with enterprise sales and marketing to develop and implement campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Continually refine and improve BDR processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Schedule meetings and qualify prospects for the enterprise sales team
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly, be flexible, and work productively with a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Desire to exceed goals and meet deadlines
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX within 2-4 weeks if offered the position (hybrid role)
