• Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to actively identify, engage, and attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs, refine job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to a more junior recruiter or talent acquisition assistant, ensuring their work aligns with team goals.
• Ensure adherence to the established recruitment process. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, communicating the company culture and value proposition clearly to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS (Ashby.) Ensure all recruiting practices comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with enterprise sales and marketing to develop and implement campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Continually refine and improve BDR processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Own existing client relationships by working cross-functionally with new business sales, product, solution, and integration teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth within your assigned book of business
• Engage in thoughtful dialogue with key stakeholders and decision makers, providing insightful answers to questions and recommendations for creative solutions tied to ePayPolicy’s products
• Build account plans and directly engage clients at multiple levels within the organization by developing and maintaining relationships through consistent engagement
• Identify opportunities within your assigned book of business to cross-sell/upsell and execute strategies to win the opportunities

• Lead the migration of infrastructure from point-and-click deployments to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Azure
• Build a scalable, maintainable, and resilient Azure foundation to accelerate development cycles
• Maintain and develop our mature Azure environment
• Define and lead the strategy for CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Create reliable and maintainable Azure DevOps pipelines
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for the engineering team, championing best security and DevOps practices
