The Junior Pdoduct Manager is the key person that drive the execution into the territory for the brands & partners strategy.
The role manages directly or indirectly the brand & partner strategy trying to maximize the opportunity for the brands and partners in the market and for epay.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for new and existing content providers, coordinating with Sales, IT, Logistics, and Finance.
Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored marketing and communication plans for each assigned content provider.
Drive and align brand strategies, ensuring collaboration between local teams and the global content team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field
1 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company
Previous experience in the service industry; background in Digital/Tech/Gaming/Entertainment is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills across different audiences
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to set priorities and re-prioritize as needed to meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Solid soft skills: project management, planning and organization, attention to detail
Native Italian speaker and excellent written and spoken English skills
