About the role
- Connect with internal and external clients to understand their needs
- Work with sales and resourcing managers to address client requirements
- Coordinate candidate selection in project resourcing process
- Ensure successful project onboarding and provide project-related guidance
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to internal processes
- Assist in organizing company retreats and employee integration events and monitor associated costs
- Streamline internal processes and implement standards across the delivery organization
- Monitor and reinforce adherence to agreed standards
- Support project execution and communication with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
- Verify accuracy of project data in reporting systems and generate reports for key stakeholders
- Support the invoicing process and assist Delivery Managers in preparing invoices
- Work from the office or remotely, with expectation to visit office at least once a month
Requirements
- experience working in the IT industry
- good organization of work, with attention to details, accuracy and conscientiousness
- independence in action with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer-oriented approach, ensuring professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders
- willingness to learn
- fluency in Polish and English
