About the role
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Document detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness for development and testing teams.
- Conduct business model analysis to evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Perform in-depth analysis of business processes to support process reengineering and efficiency improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and contribute to the development of comprehensive business cases.
- Identify and assess potential risks, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, business owners, customers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Requirements
- Masters' degree in IT & minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree in IT & minimum 15 years of experience).
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in IT development.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing business requirements, ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
- Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager.
- Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
- Excellent English & French language skills (C-level, written and spoken).
