Requirements
Techncial skills 4+ years of hands-on BA experience in IT. Knowledge of the tasks to be performed by BA, as well as common techniques to be applied. Experience in specifying various types of requirements (business, functional, and non-functional). Knowledge of SDLC, Agile approach to software development, including different frameworks (at least Scrum). Experience in creating and maintaining various documents. Experience in modelling of solution scope, various processes (business and system), state, data, and user interfaces; Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations. Knowledge of requirement management processes and change management processes. Ability to decompose the scope of the problem or solution with respect to the given level of detail. Knowledge of message formats used for financial communication on the SWIFT network: SWIFT MT (Message Type) format. Understanding of different MT message types (ISO 15022) (e.g., MT103, MT202) used in financial transactions. SWIFT MX (Message Extensible) format. Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and MX Message Categories (e.g., pacs.008, camt.029). Soft-skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.
