• Consulting, support and expansion of existing customers
• Ensuring project delivery with respect to schedule, quality and budget
• Resource management, project reporting and invoicing
• Analysis and optimization of business processes and advice on process mapping in the ERP system

• Conducting end-user trainings and workshops
• Supporting the further development of the ERP system and contributing to the sales process

• Use of modern productivity tools from the Microsoft 365 suite and complementary resources
