About the role

  • You analyze the requirements and business processes of prospects and clients during the sales cycle and develop tailored solutions and customizations to optimally support their business processes
  • You engage and excite prospects and clients with your initial consultations, demonstrating the benefits and potential process improvements enabled by our solutions
  • You support your sales colleagues in preparing proposals by providing technical details and calculations
  • At the interfaces with Sales, Product Management, Development and Customer Service, you ensure a holistic and consistent perspective on our solutions
  • You plan product presentations, system demonstrations, workshops, webinars and proofs of concept for prospects and existing clients
  • During the sales process you are the primary contact for technical and functional questions regarding our products and services
  • You represent our company and solutions at trade shows, industry events and on online platforms
  • You actively contribute to the development of our market and sales strategies

Requirements

  • You currently work at an IT service provider in a technical-sales role or at a fashion company in an IT-related position and are familiar with the industry-specific ERP requirements of the fashion sector
  • You can easily explain complex technical and process-related topics in an understandable way and demonstrate added value
  • Your professional background is based on studies or vocational training in IT, a textile-related field, or IT sales
  • You demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, a high degree of customer focus, and problem-solving ability
