About the role

  • Advising our clients in the fashion industry on accounting and DMS
  • Independently leading ERP projects in the enventa fashion ERP domain
  • Analyzing, optimizing and efficiently mapping business processes in our ERP systems
  • Delivering projects successfully with respect to schedule, quality and budget
  • Managing project resources across projects and subprojects of varying sizes
  • Preparing project reports and timely invoicing of clients
  • Assessing feasibility of customizations and producing realistic cost estimates
  • Conducting end-user and system training

Requirements

  • Degree or completed vocational training in (business) informatics, business administration, or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience with ERP projects in financial accounting or document management systems (DMS)
  • Currently or in a previous role, you acted as an external consultant, internal system owner, or key user responsible for implementing financial accounting (FiBu) or DMS systems
  • Confident with SQL and experience with interfaces to financial accounting systems, e.g., DATEV, eGecko or SAP
  • Familiarity with DMS solutions, particularly ELO or easy DMS
  • Proficient in German and English, at least B2 level
