About the role
- As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving the growth of our new-customer business for enventa’s portfolio in Treasury Management and BI.
- With a clear focus on value creation, you build and expand a robust pipeline, position enventa and our solutions convincingly in the market, and guide prospective customers in a structured way to closing.
Requirements
- Drive revenue growth: Independently build, maintain and continuously develop a strong pipeline to achieve sales targets for our Treasury and BI solutions
- Opportunity generation & qualification: Proactive prospecting via social selling, phone, events, partners and on-site meetings; convert marketing leads into sales-ready opportunities based on clear ICP criteria
- Implement value selling: Develop and refine compelling value propositions including business cases, ROI analyses and solid reference arguments — you address customers’ specific challenges and clearly differentiate enventa in the market
- End-to-end sales execution: Manage demos and proofs of concept, prepare proposals, coordinate and respond to tenders/RFPs, and negotiate through to closing
- Strengthen market positioning: Create account and territory plans, conduct competitor and market analyses, and contribute to targeted materials (use cases, case studies, pitch decks)
- Embrace collaboration: Work closely with presales, consulting, marketing and partners to ensure customer success and realize upsell/cross-sell opportunities
