About the role

  • Deliver high-quality HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on HR service requests and employee data administration.
  • Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools; provide first-line guidance on HR policies and maintain documentation for audit/compliance.
  • Execute HR administrative activities for lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates) in SAP SuccessFactors; ensure data accuracy and legal compliance; generate employment documents.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding (document collection, background checks, system setup), process new hire information aligning with payroll cut-offs, and support onboarding (welcome materials, induction scheduling, system access).
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and employee support.
  • Administer SAP SuccessFactors transactions, monitor workflows and approvals, and support system testing, updates, and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
