Deliver high-quality HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on HR service requests and employee data administration.
Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools; provide first-line guidance on HR policies and maintain documentation for audit/compliance.
Execute HR administrative activities for lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates) in SAP SuccessFactors; ensure data accuracy and legal compliance; generate employment documents.
Coordinate pre-onboarding (document collection, background checks, system setup), process new hire information aligning with payroll cut-offs, and support onboarding (welcome materials, induction scheduling, system access).
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and employee support.
Administer SAP SuccessFactors transactions, monitor workflows and approvals, and support system testing, updates, and enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
