• Deliver high-quality HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on HR service requests and employee data administration.
• Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools; provide first-line guidance on HR policies and maintain documentation for audit/compliance.
• Execute HR administrative activities for lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates) in SAP SuccessFactors; ensure data accuracy and legal compliance; generate employment documents.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding (document collection, background checks, system setup), process new hire information aligning with payroll cut-offs, and support onboarding (welcome materials, induction scheduling, system access).
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and employee support.
• Administer SAP SuccessFactors transactions, monitor workflows and approvals, and support system testing, updates, and enhancements.

• Define, set up, and run company-wide long-term cybersecurity awareness and training program.
• Ensure excellent customer service: receive, process and execute orders accurately and timely; comply with company policies.
• Consolidate short-term forecasts/orders and submit to Demand Chain planner; track forecasts and follow up for orders.
• Coordinate with Finance on overdue accounts prior to dispatch planning; ensure FG inventory levels at warehouses.
• Register and track complaints in CRM, send confirmations and 8D reports, and keep customers informed.
• Ensure export documentation completeness and coordinate with CHA & Forwarder for bookings; track proofs of export.
• Drive CSL implementation and onboard customers to Customer Portal; upload shipping documents to Citi Direct and resolve bank queries.
• CSR in SAP SD: manage customer sales prices, process sales orders/debit-credit notes/returns, monitor order status and back orders, prepare order confirmations and dispatch details, initiate customer master workflows.
