About the role
- Lead Entrust’s global consulting and data analytics services for Central Issuance and Bureau customers
- Prepare and present customer-specific reports using the Entrust Analytics platform to identify root causes of inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop customer-specific strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and resource utilization
- Manage customer projects for Entrust hardware/software sales and integrations into customer environments
- Maintain a portfolio of case studies and develop/refine methodologies, templates, and Lean-based business process improvement tools
- Conduct on-site assessments, interviews, and audits and produce detailed consulting reports with data visualizations and action plans
- Collaborate with software engineers, developers, integrators, product owners, sales, and technical consultants to implement solutions
- Provide insights to Professional Services for technology integration, project management, and continuous improvement
- Support sales engagements with customer-specific presentations and global sales training
- Maintain a bi-weekly forecasted pipeline and strategize to expand the customer base
- Conduct market and competitive research, analyze big data for trends, and contribute to the analytics tool roadmap
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Finance, Economics, Data/Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Sciences, Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics)
- 8+ years of professional experience within the card personalization industry or closely similar manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects across different time zones
- Ability to travel internationally (minimum 35%)
- Advanced background in querying databases and utilizing analytic tools for information intelligence analysis and data visualization and presentation
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytics querying tools
- Strong demonstrated project management skills, including creating project roadmaps and tracking implementation
- Preferred: 4+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent certification (PMP)
- Preferred: Strong background in statistical analysis and translating big data insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to automate and write scripts to create business reports, graphical visualizations, build automatic forms, and automatically generate consulting reports using templates
- Experience building data models and business cases
- Evident experience presenting in various settings (pre-sales, business case meetings, project delivery, follow ups, customer experience)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in a technology manufacturing setting (preferred)
- Experience conducting on-site analysis and audits at factory sites
- Technical ability to troubleshoot software, query databases, write basic computer code, and edit software source code
- Working knowledge of data manipulation tools such as macros, R Studio, Power BI or equivalent
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
