About the role
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle for the Reactivation Product, from initial engagement to proposals and onboarding
- Manage prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and onboarding
- Lead sales meetings and create proposals that drive engagement
- Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs
- Generate and grow pipeline through strategic lead-generation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product updates
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and increase conversions
- Represent Enteractive at industry events and conferences (local and global)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- A strong network of connections within the iGaming industry – this is a must
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Spanish fluency and proven experience working with LATAM markets
- Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles independently
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs
- Highly coachable, organized, and a collaborative team player
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to industry conferences locally and globally
