About the role
- Deliver specialist Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (MEI) maintenance services at Ampol Lytton Refinery
- Provide leadership, governance, and operational support for on-site maintenance activities
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of refinery maintenance and infrastructure services
- Build and develop on-site capability and supervise teams (for supervisory roles)
- Engage with stakeholders including Ampol to support trusted service delivery
- Maintain a strong safety-first culture and technical integrity
Requirements
- Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
- Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks
- Strong leadership and supervisory capability (for managerial/supervisory roles)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to provide leadership, governance, and operational support within a high-risk refinery environment
