Bookkeeper

• Preparation and processing of monthly payroll for EnerMech FZE, UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain and Temporary Contractors (manually).
• Validate approved timesheets and expense claims submitted by employees.
• Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment).
• Coordinate with HR and validate employee contracts to ensure payments align with signed contracts.
• Update and maintain payroll records and provide inputs to ADP.
• Prepare payroll coding reports for management.
• Send payslips to each employee for their record (manually).
• Respond to payroll related inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment and apply EnerMech and client HSE policies.
• Ensure Quality and operational procedures as identified in EnerMech QA Manuals are adhered to.
• Maintain ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

Payroll Accountant

Engineer

• Permanent night-shift Lifting Engineer reporting to the Lifting Site Manager at EnerMech supporting the UK's Low Carbon Nuclear project (HPC)
• Lift planning assurance and process oversight of lifting operations at HPC
• Support and develop lifting superintendents and delegate duties to ensure briefed lifting operations
• Recording of lifting inspections and follow up of any non-conformances
• Assist in contractor audits to ensure compliance and compliance auditing of subcontractors' lifting procedures
• Planning, review and/or approval of internal and external SSOWs (Lifting Operations Lift Plans)
• Assess safe systems of work by reviewing lift plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
• Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate lifting operations during the construction phase and execute lift plan requirements where required
• Chair / attend planning and progress meetings with key stakeholders and maintain detailed site logs and records
• Support and assist site lifting contractors with the development and implementation of safe systems of works

Lifting Engineer

• Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider
• Processing of employee expense claims & credit cards
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D’s
• Meeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processing
• Resolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner
• Report to Payroll Lead and work as part of the wider Finance team
• Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) based in Aberdeen, on-site

Senior Payroll Coordinator

Operations

• Oversee project administration across Western Australia, Northern Territory, and offshore projects
• Act as the primary point of contact for a key client site
• Attend site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Project Administrators
• Ensure project schedules, documentation, and reporting are accurate and delivered on time
• Drive compliance with QHSE standards and internal procedures
• Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoicing processes
• Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution

Operations Coordinator

• Deliver specialist Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (MEI) maintenance services at Ampol Lytton Refinery
• Provide leadership, governance, and operational support for on-site maintenance activities
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of refinery maintenance and infrastructure services
• Build and develop on-site capability and supervise teams (for supervisory roles)
• Engage with stakeholders including Ampol to support trusted service delivery
• Maintain a strong safety-first culture and technical integrity

Site Manager – Mechanical Supervisor

QA Engineer

• Support the Quality Manager with implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and customer requirements
• Assist in scheduling, preparing, and following up on internal and external audits (customer, supplier, regulatory)
• Maintain and organize quality records, procedures, and reports to ensure proper document control
• Track nonconformances (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and provide regular status updates
• Collect, analyze, and compile quality performance data for reporting and management review
• Help ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance by coordinating documentation and quality requirements
• Prepare and distribute quality communications, training materials, and awareness updates to staff as directed by the Quality Manager
• Support investigation of quality incidents, compiling evidence, and documenting root cause/corrective actions
• Provide administrative support for quality initiatives, including maintaining trackers, databases, and action logs
• Act as a liaison between project teams and the quality function to ensure customer and project requirements are understood and met

Quality Assurance Coordinator

• Lead end-to-end payroll process for contractors and permanent employees across UAE, FZE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi.
• Supervise and support the payroll team, assigning tasks and providing training as needed.
• Review and verify payroll data including timesheets, expenses, new hires, deductions and adjustments; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment).
• Coordinate with HR and validate employee contracts to ensure payments match signed contracts.
• Prepare payroll coding files for finance and provide payroll data to Audit/Finance.
• Ensure accurate payroll calculations in compliance with Labour Laws, including overtime and end-of-service benefits.
• Provide payroll data and approve inputs in ADP by deadlines.
• Manage and maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
