About the role
- Develop and implement Compliance & Corporate Governance policies
- Manage third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance reviews for tenders, bids, and pre-qualification processes
- Liaise with senior management and coordinate maintaining an Anti-Bribery and Corruption risk assessment
- Review and advise on compliance and governance aspects within agreements
- Act as data protection champion
- Maintain and manage essential governance registers
- Conduct compliance investigations
Requirements
- Legal based degree
- Previous experience supporting organisations in their compliance and ethics
- Ideally experience in Oil, Gas or Energy industry
- Understanding of main risks associated with the industry
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective compliance programmes
- Confident in leading any training required
