• Deliver and exceed revenue targets through the sale of sponsorship packages, exhibition space, speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across oil & gas, energy transition, finance, government, and service sectors.
• Create tailored commercial proposals and negotiate high-value sponsorship and partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry networking, and account management.
• Lead, manage, train and upskill the Americas sales team responsible for event sponsorship and delegate sales.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to maximize productivity and results.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems and accurate reporting of sales activity and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across energy companies, government agencies, investors, and service providers.
• Manage key strategic accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent Energy Capital & Power at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new sectors, and partnership opportunities in the Americas energy market.
• Provide regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market insights to the Commercial Director.

• Manage and train sales executives assigned to the launch events portfolio.
• Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance expectations for team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to maximize revenue generation and deal conversion.
• Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting using the company CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, investors, government officials, and industry leaders across the global energy and mining sectors.
