Lead and mentor a team of ETL Operations Analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Partner with leadership across the organization to
Coordinate team activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of ETL configuration and development tasks.
Analyze and understand complex business and engineering challenges, and delegate tasks appropriately across the team.
Review ETL specifications to determine if setup can happen through configuration or if development is needed.
Set up ETL configurable requests and oversee team execution of these setups.
Review specifications for missing ETL functionality and ensure team members follow up with appropriate documentation.
Create and validate functional specifications for missing ETL functionality; collaborate with the Development team to ensure accuracy of specifications and design.
Monitor and review current ETL configurations for improvement and accuracy, both individually and across the team.
Ensure proper data alignment for EnableComp claims processing through regular review of process outputs.
Foster strong communication between the ETL team, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the team.

Requirements
Associate’s Degree in technology, computer science, data science, or equivalent experience required.
5 - 7 years’ experience working with healthcare data.
2 - 3 years’ experience in a leadership setting.
Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role preferred.
Detail-oriented with a drive to investigate and dissect information, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to leadership.
Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and within the ETL group.
TSQL knowledge a plus.
Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Regular and predictable attendance.
